Overview

We have had the opportunity to be a part of many new developments as well as revitalizing some special landmark buildings. Our work includes developing new duplexes for a retirement community that offer homes with a lot of character to reinventing old landmarks for new uses. In all cases, we pay attention to the architectural details of the building, the neighborhood and the needs of our clients. We design for quality and lasting value.

Converting industrial properties into mixed use developments is one of our passions. We enjoy bringing a new mix of users to neighborhoods and communities. Gary W. Anderson Architects also does single family residences for special clients that seek to have a unique place to live or relax. Whether old or new, our building's and spaces can be characterized by their natural light, use of materials and their character. We offer spaces that are warm, inviting and very livable.
