Crusader Clinic                                                              t u

Before
The initial Crusader project was to develop the first and second floors of an old bank and hotel for the new clinic.
The hotel had masonry bearing walls surrounding old light wells. Removal of the bearing walls made the floor plate more open and usable. To provide natural light to the interior and compensate for closing the light wells, the original skylight for the bank building was reopened and provided a new, centralized atrium on the second floor.
