Norstar Mechanical recently purchased a building in the River District to relocate their residential division heating and air-conditioning division.  The two 1925 structures, that were built as service garages for a nearby car dealer, had been severely modified and had became a negative liability to the neighborhood with their unsightly appearance.  The windows had been closed up with concrete block and all the fine brick masonry had been painted white.
