Our team of architects, planners, project managers, designers and rendering specialist and support staff aim to serve our clients in the most experiential and effectual way to move projects from vision to construction completion.

Gary W. Anderson Architects' team approach to each project involves an active participatory role for owner and owner representatives in the creative design, programming, and construction phases of the project. Our firm is committed to design and development that is sustainable for the organization and the environment. Our past projects have incorporated sustainable techniques including passive and active solar, geothermal systems for domestic hot water and interior heating and cooling, low embodied energy, natural day lighting, recycled materials, and healthy indoor air quality. Providing efficient lighting and mechanical systems to reduce operating costs has always been important for our clients.

All of our projects continue to maintain lower operating costs as a result.

Our experienced team includes LEED accredited designers and experts who are committed to helping our clients make responsible decisions about the potential environmental impacts of design decisions. All project team members understand the importance of achieving LEED certification and work hard to adhere to LEED requirements, resulting in a truly collaborative effort. Gary W. Anderson Architects served as the LEED designer for the Nicholas Conservatory project, providing materials and system specifications along with appropriate LEED design concepts and recommendations to the owner.
